8 Aug : Lease Amendments Management

This session will highlight all aspects of leases amendments for various changes in lease tenancies. You will learn to use the most appropriate amendment for lease changes.

22 Aug : Lease Management

This session covers the master setup for your tenants, covering property, unit setup, area management and charge schedules.

Feature of critical dates will be covered in detail so you can understand the power of various notifications that would be generated for leasing administrators during various phases of lease management.

You will learn to use some of the available reports to identify your tenancy setup.

COMMERCIALCafé Tenant Portal is your company’s online tenant services portal.
Explore how you can provide tenants with best-in-class services 24/7 through access to online payments, tenant statements, maintenance requests, sales data entry, and other service offerings. The session will give an overview of Site Manager, the administration platform for Tenant Portal, where you can configure and customise the Tenant Portal.

19 Sep: Leasing Manager

Learn how you can convert a lead into a lease. This session will show you how to set up basic workflows, reporting, validations and notifications. We will also cover Leasing Manager’s integration with YSR. You will also get a in-depth insight into features such as widgets, tiles and dashboards.


3 Oct: Client Central
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (SGT) 

Client Central is our most useful resource for clients, providing training and technical information. Learn how to access our extensive online resources, including product documentation and training videos. Find out how to create and monitor Yardi support cases and trouble requests (TRs) and manage your licensing. Learn how to turn on powerful add-on tools, such as ySQL, and File Manager that can reduce the need for a remote desktop session. We’ll also discuss how to perform your own live-to-test restores, and administer Client Central groups, users, and permissions.

17 Oct: Best practices for month end procedures
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (SGT) 

This session will update clients on the system level flags available to aid month end processing. It will teach you the various steps involved for the month end and fiscal year end, as well as the right sequence in which they should be executed.


5 Dec: AP/PO
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (SGT) 

This session covers vendor setup, purchase order, budget checking and creation of payables. During the session we will also cover workflows.

19 Dec: Account Trees & Custom financials Analytics
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (SGT) 

Custom financial analytics enables users to create customised reports that are not readily available through financial analytics. A custom analytic report is a quick and customisable front-end report builder. It gives users the ability to incorporate Voyager data into a custom report template. Custom analytics have the ability to drill down into each G/L account level. The report filter supports property data and attributes, filtering at run time and can immediately be exported to Excel. Customised reports can be used with standard or custom account trees. During this session we will review a sample of a customised report using an account tree built through custom financial analytics.
