What’s your job title and what do you like most about your job?

Previously, I was working as a Technical Account Manager in the Client Services Department for ANZand only recently ((In November 2025), transitioned to a the role of a Solutions Consultant – Enterprise in Yardi’s pre‑sales team, where I get to showcase how our technology can transform the way clients operate. My favorite part of the job is delivering demos that spark excitement — the moment clients see what’s possible with Yardi as their SaaS solution. I love being at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and real business challenges… it’s incredibly rewarding to help clients envision a smarter, more seamless future.

What do you love most about the real estate industry?

It never stops evolving. There’s always a new challenge to solve, a new technology to explore, and a new opportunity to help clients transform the way they work.

Name a good quality you see in yourself and a quality you appreciate in others.

In myself: I’m relentlessly curious — I have to know how things work.
In others: Empathy. It makes collaboration smoother, work more meaningful, and teams unstoppable.

Top tip for keeping clients happy?

Listen deeply, deliver consistently, and always follow through. Understanding the “why” behind a client’s request always leads to better results and stronger relationships.

What’s your favourite piece of technology and why?

Anything automation‑driven, that improves efficiency wins me over—especially platforms that automate workflows and free people up to focus on higher‑value work – I’m instantly a fan.

What do you love to do when you’re not working?

Exploring great food and wine, travelling, and discovering new experiences always make me happiest.

If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go?

Antarctica — the most otherworldly place on the planet – for its surreal, untouched beauty and the feeling of standing at the edge of the world. Would love to run there.

Let us know a unique fact about yourself!

I’ve worked across industries ranging from real estate to wine to whisky — so yes, I can pair your dinner and optimise your workflow.

What could you not do without in your life?

Coffee, great conversations, and the people who make life feel expansive.

If you could invite three historic figures to dinner, who would they be?

I’d start with Ernest Hemingway, because every unforgettable dinner needs a master storyteller who can turn passing the salt into a heroic adventure. Next up is Vincent van Gogh, whose emotional depth and vivid perspective would bring colour, soul, and probably a few impromptu sketches to the evening. For a touch of cinematic brilliance, I’d add Stanley Kubrick, fully expecting him to analyse the lighting, rewrite the menu, and somehow transform the dinner into a psychological masterpiece. Between Hemingway’s wit, Van Gogh’s passion, and Kubrick’s visionary mind, I’m pretty sure I could just sit back, listen, and witness the most fascinating dinner conversation in history.
