Finalists selected by Regional Solutions Director Bernie Devine and other panelists will enter the Asia Property Awards competition
HONG KONG, August 11, 2016 – Yardi® executive Bernie Devine has been selected to participate as a judge for the China Property Awards 2016.
The China Property Awards reward outstanding achievements among the nation’s developers, consultants, architects and interior designers. Award winners will go on to compete in The Asia Property Awards, the region’s major real estate event that draws entries from Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam as well as China, recognizing the best developers and developments at a domestic and regional level.
Devine, Yardi’s Regional Sales Director, Asia, will join seven other industry experts in evaluating entries, conducting property inspections and choosing finalists for the China Property Awards.
“I’m honored to represent Yardi on the panel and excited at the opportunity to get an up-close look at the latest innovation and excellence in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets,” Devine said.
Devine’s 30 years of experience includes international asset and investment management, design and construction, private equity, and technology implementation and compliance. A qualified accountant and economist, he is responsible for the growth of Yardi’s business in Asia.
The Asia Property Awards recipients will be feted with a gala dinner on Nov. 3 in Hong Kong.
