Prior to joining Yardi, Asif made significant contributions in the IT landscape while working with a leading logistics company and two esteemed state government agencies. This diverse background has equipped him with a versatile skill set, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.

When not immersed in the world of technology, you will find Asif indulging in the culinary arts with a specialty in Italian Cuisine!

What’s your job title and what do you like most about your job?
My job title is “Level 2 Service Desk Analyst”. The most rewarding aspect of my job is the opportunity to solve challenging problems and help users overcome technical difficulties, contributing to the overall productivity and functionality of the organization.

I have 5 years of experience in IT support filed.

What is your favourite piece of technology and why?
My favorite piece of technology is artificial intelligence. I’m drawn to AI because of its incredible capacity to learn, adapt, and mimic human-like cognitive functions. Its ability to process vast amounts of data, make predictions, and perform complex tasks.

What is your favourite mobile app and why?
My favorite mobile app is Audible. I’m fond of Audible because it allows me to indulge in my passion for literature and learning on the go. The convenience of accessing a wide range of audiobooks, podcasts, and educational content aligns with my busy lifestyle.

Top tip for keeping clients happy?
A top tip for ensuring client satisfaction is to prioritize clear and timely communication. Actively listen to their concerns, provide straightforward solutions, and keep them updated on progress.

What do you love to do when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy experimenting with cooking. It’s a hobby that allows me to explore different flavors, ingredients, and culinary techniques in my free time.

If you could jump on a plane right now, where would you go?
If I could hop on a plane at this moment, I would choose to fly to Dhaka, Bangladesh, to visit my home country and reunite with my mother. The opportunity to be with family, share moments, and create lasting memories is invaluable.

If I could invite three historic figures to dinner, I would choose Albert Einstein, Mahatma Gandhi, and Leonardo da Vinci. Einstein’s brilliance in physics, Gandhi’s philosophy of nonviolence and social change, and da Vinci’s multidisciplinary genius would make for fascinating conversations that span science, ethics, and art.
